These terms cover your use of thecodra.com. Any work we do for you is also governed by the written proposal or agreement for that project.

Using this website
You may browse the site and contact us. Please do not use it to break the law, send spam or harmful content, interfere with the site, or attempt to access systems without permission. We may restrict access when needed to protect the site and its visitors.
Services and project agreements
THE CODRA offers web development, UI/UX design, branding, SEO, marketing, and related services. Website descriptions and prices are general information; they are not a project offer. Each project starts with a written proposal or agreement that sets out its scope, deliverables, timing, price, payment schedule, and any project-specific terms. That document governs the project if it differs from these general terms.
You agree to provide the content, access, feedback, and approvals needed for the work. Changes to agreed scope may affect the price or schedule; we will confirm them with you before proceeding. Timelines are estimates unless your project agreement says otherwise.
Fees and cancellation
Project fees, deposits, due dates, cancellation terms, and any refunds are set out in the project proposal or agreement. We may pause work when an invoice is overdue, subject to the terms agreed for that project and applicable law.
Content and ownership
You keep ownership of the materials you provide and confirm you have permission for us to use them for your project. Ownership and permitted use of project deliverables, source files, and any pre-existing tools or third-party materials will be set out in the project proposal or agreement. Third-party services, fonts, plugins, and assets may have their own fees and licence terms.
We will not identify you or display your project in THE CODRA’s portfolio without your permission.
The design, text, and code on this website belong to THE CODRA or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.
Third-party services and results
Projects may use third-party platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, hosting, analytics, or advertising services. Those services are controlled by their providers and are subject to their own terms, availability, and fees.
We work to deliver the agreed services with care, but outcomes such as search rankings, traffic, leads, and sales depend on factors outside our control and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a project agreement.

Changes and applicable law
We may update these website terms from time to time. The date above shows when they were last updated. Any project already underway remains governed by its project agreement unless we both agree to a change.
These terms do not remove any rights or protections that apply to you under the law. If a part of these terms cannot be applied, the rest will continue to apply to the extent permitted.
